Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the llmspendguard.com service operated by Ensight.ai (“spendguard,” “we”). The llm-spendguard client is separately licensed as open source (MIT). By using the service you agree to these Terms.

The service

spendguard is an optional team/org visibility layer: it aggregates the scrubbed spend roll-ups and learnings your client chooses to send, and shows them on a dashboard. It does not hold your provider API keys and does not proxy or resell model tokens — your LLM/compute spend stays on your own provider accounts.

Accounts & eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract and provide accurate account information (via Clerk). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your ingest keys secret.

Acceptable use

• Don't send data you're not authorized to send, or another organization's data.
• Don't attempt to break tenant isolation, exceed rate limits deliberately, or reverse-engineer/abuse the service.
• Don't resell or sublicense the hosted service.

Your data

You own your data. You grant us a limited license to process the scrubbed aggregates you send solely to provide the service (see the Privacy Policy and DPA). You can export or permanently delete it at any time.

Billing

Pricing is per active contributor per month, with a $5 floor and free use for ≤ 2 active contributors. “Active” means a distinct contributor in your data that month. Card on file is required to add the 3rd contributor; charges begin then. Fees are billed via Stripe and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is.” spendguard estimates and reports cost; it is not financial advice, and we don't guarantee specific savings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination we delete your data per the Privacy Policy retention terms.
